Not sure what the first tune is, but they start Whispering and with the 'bad tape' that happens, it almost sounds like the slide whistle version from Paul Whiteman! (which you can hear at: http://youtu.be/yMl6LdCUXO8)
Either way, nice stuff and I'd like to know if anyone recognizes either person.
Re: Who are these two and check her guitar?
I don't recognise either player but, the first tune is Chet's arrangement of "Marie" from the "Workshop" album and I'm pretty sure that this version of "Whispering" is based on a Les Paul arrangement.

Her guitar looks like a 6120 reissue his, on the other hand, looks a little more obscure. With the pickguard I'd say it was a Gretxch Al Ciola model but I'm not sure.
She does a good job on the main part of Marie. Better than I can, anyway...

Norm, I think it is a Sal Salvador Gretsch. There was a model that preceded the Sal Salvador that was similar.
Here is a link to a photo. I have been wrong before. I think Al Caiola had an Epiphone model, but I think he played a Gretsch Country Club for many years. I could be wrong about this, too.
