Pick it Tommy Jones

Recently I bought the LP "Pick it Tommy Jones". What a monster picker he was! I really love title song, you can really hear how Jerry influenced Tommy tremendously. The clawin' on "Foggy Mountain Breakdown" is insane, this must have effect Buster B.'s playing.

I also have the LP's "Tommy's Place" and "Back to Black Mountain", but I was wondering if there are more Tommy Jones records. I know that are the CD's "Country" and "Tide Pool". Also know there is "Chet Atkins presents Tommy Jones" but don't know on which format it's published. When searching the internet I stumbled upon the title "Guitar Collection", but don't what that is either.

If someone could help me out with this I would appreciate that. And if anybody has a copy for sale I would love to buy it!

Tommy and I were good friends for the last 26 years of his life. I have everything he ever recorded, all now converted to mp3's. I've also recorded a few cassette tapes of some of my times with him, as well as VHS videotapes. Maybe we could correspond through my regular email address? "cgprnd@hotmail.com". By the way, I didn't really care for "Tidepool" and a few other things he recorded, but that was no fault of his playing.

Yes Mark, Tommy had an extreme physical gift and made everything look easy and sound smooth.

Hello guitar maniacs

I have a question concerning the "pick it Tommy Jones" LP. Does Tommy also play the electric guitar on this record?
There are some amazing overdrive-runs in "Foggy Mountain Breakdown" that remind me of Steve Morse and the Dixie Dregs.

It's a pity that there is so less talking about Tommy. He's one of my Top 5 pickers for sure!
