I just wanted to share this with everyone. Maybe a few of you might like it. I just recently got married and my wife and I sang a song right before we said our vows. Go easy on us - we aren't singers - never sang in front of a crowd like that. Thankfully it was family and friends. I flubbed a few notes and didn't take the solo where I wanted to but ohhhhh well. It was one of the happiest moments in my life - singing a tune with my best friend that Chet and June Carter did in the early 50's. She also walked down the isle to one of Jerry's most beautiful tunes - "La Madrugada" or "The Early Dawn". It was so nice having Chet and Jerry be a part of my wedding - I highly recommend it!

She must really appreciate Chet. I don't know if I have met any brides that would allow such a thing. That was great...

It's funny...
I've been single a long time but I know when I'm talking to a sweetie I like I always ask her "Can you sing?" If they say 'Yes" their stock goes up...

That was great... A loooonnng way down the road, your grandkids will be pulling that up on their screens (perhaps their wall!!) and they will be able to see what grandma and grandpa looked/sounded like on their wedding day. What a great idea.
