I recently purchased Paul's new album from his website. I had mixed emotions upon seeing the package arrive in my mailbox on Friday. Every since Paul made his first CD available for purchase I have ordered every one with great anticipation. Friday I knew this would be the last time I could purchase new music from the Yandells. I so wish like many of you that Paul was still with us, he was a treasure. His CD is real nice and the playing is just what I expected A+. I had a bonus in my package though. A personal letter from Marie Yandell thanking me for loyal dedication to Pauls music and him as a friend. I would like to thank her for that, it meant alot to me. Paul Yandell was a class act as a person and in the music business and I am thankful that we crossed paths in life. His music will carry his legacy both as sideman and as Fingerstyle solo artist.
My Personal Thanks,
-Wes Southerland
Re: Paul Yandell's "My Time" Album
Is this the album he recorded with the 6120 CGP?

Most likely. It was his favorite guitar
...that's how it looks to me...The opinion expressed above is my own and does not necessarily reflect the views of this station. Your mileage may vary...

According to the liner notes, he played the CGP, Kirk Sand, and Martin flat top.
