A friend of mine found this on Ebay the other day and I did some research and found this to be the very first blue Heritage guitar sent to David. This particular guitar sounds similar to a Gibson 335 i was told. I know it is priced out of range but I thought some of you may at least like to check on its progress during the sale. They will accept offers on it. Do any of you have one of these models? If so how do you like it.
Thanks,
Wes

That price doesn't seem too high compared with some of the guitars we saw yesterday at Gruhn's .. George was good enough to take us upstairs (the good stuff) where $50K guitars were the norm :) .. George knew right away that we were not in the "buy" category for any of those guitars, so he showed us some of the newer Martins that are in the same price range as that "Blue Guitar". Just let me say that George is a real gentleman... It was a great experience. We also visited a number of other stores. At "Cotton Music" we met Pete Huttlinger! He was just sitting there pickin... He will be at the Artisan Guitar's concert tonight in Franklin. Pete has such a positive outlook considering all his health issues.
Sorry for the off track babble.. Take care.
