Ren Ferguson signature on my STUDIO CE?

I have a 2004 Montana studio CE Gibson, and inside the guitar, where the sound hole is, I see a Ren Ferguson signature. Does this make the guitar worth more?

You have to admit it's a rare guitar. You just don't see too many Ren Ferguson signature guitars

Ren is of course a legendary luthier. Some say that his tenure at Gibson Montana will be recalled as "the Ren Ferguson era" in much the same way as the Lloyd Loar era. I've seen other comments that his signature would possibly increase the value of a guitar- his signature meaning that he worked on the guitar personally. Don't know about your guitar specifically.

As of January, Ren is heading up the acoustic line at Fender (Fender/Guild/Ovation-Adamas/Takamine). Here's a press release:

Things are going so well with the Fender family these days. I have a new signature Guild coming in the near future. Working with Dave Gonzales and the boys in New Hartford, CT and Ren Ferguson is monumental, and it’s happening right now! I’m really enjoying playing these guitars and the sound is phenomenal. I’m enjoying the Fender amps and heavens… my Telecaster! They’ve also included me in their new Gretsch catalogue. Fred and Dinah Gretsch are two of the finest folks in the industry. Just to meet them has been a pleasure. The Fender guys took some shots of Dave Pomeroy and I playing twin White Falcons at the NAMM show this past January. Dave’s, of course, was a bass. They recently asked my permission to use one of the photos of me with the White Falcon. Are you kidding? I love playing my Gretsch guitars at home (and occasionally on the road). I’ve been working on some material for a new album to play on electric guitar. You guessed it… the Gretsch sounds fantastic. I could not have found a more cool family to be involved with than Fender and, of course, Gretsch is a part of FMIC (Fender Musical Instruments Corporation). This truly is a dream come true for me!

Here is a link to the Elderly Instruments company. They sell vintage and used guitars. I have bought 7 or 8 guitars from them, plus numerous DVDs, CDs, and strings, etc. and I think they're honest and reliable. This link talks about a free valuation of your guitar. I hope this helpls.
