Skip, Sorry but my wife is in I.C.U. and I,m trying to hold myself together. It's back and forth to the hospital twice a day and I just do not have any time for anything. If
you can wait for this situation to get better we will talk but for now ,I'm completely consumed with my concern for Pattie. Stan

Skip and Stan,

What is that old saying, "all's well that ends well"? But I know a better one..."Kindness begets kindness"...

I hope your wife recovers completely and soon, Stan.

And Skip, here is a link to a most extraordinary child prodigy in the field of music, (she's only eleven years old!) and who actively promotes the Humane Society of America! She also lives just a short distance from my granddaughter in Pittsburgh!

Hi Larry,
Thanks...
I assume you're talking about little Jackie Evancho from Pittsburgh?

Yes, Isn't she incredible? She has MANY videos on YouTube now, (if you haven't seen them), and is now the NUMBER ONE selling vocalist in the world, (even surpassing "Lady Gaga" in record sales! ;)

Regardless of one's 'taste' in music, her singing ability has to be recognized for what it is...a given “gift“, as you don't "learn" that kind of talent, you're born with it! She is to be here in Los Angeles on the 24th at the Nokia Theater, (where they hold the Emmy awards). I’d go down to see her, but the tickets are running a hundred bucks and up!
