NORTH LIBERTY, IA. - Ron Jones, older brother of guitarist Buster B. Jones has had a series of strokes since the July CAAS convention is now unable to play according to his younger brother Buster. Buster called to tell us the sad news and said his brother Ron was "one of the best Southpaw guitar players ever!"

"You should have heard him play at 17. He was the best damn player" said Buster, who played a great deal with his older brother in the lobby of the Sheraton this past July.
