I met him twice. Actually the first time in 1951 he just walked by me and I just stared. The second time my friend and I were in Nashville 1953 and we went to the WSM
building where they were doing their alloted time setup for the Grand Ole Opry show that night. We were in the washroom and Ferlin Husky was there too with his young
son. We told him how we enjoyed his music and he invited us up. We got to get our pictures with Chet and Ferlin and I got to play Chets new guitar. I've still got the
same model today. "Chet Atkins Country Gentleman".
