I think this was posted this time last year, but since we are all revisiting Christmas songs, here is the wonderful Stephen Anderson doing his beautiful rendition of "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas".

Notice how far back on his thumb he wears his pick
I think Chet wore his back a bit, too. Was it to help not *clcik* the pickup?

Norm, I've noticed that too about Chet, in pictures I've seen, about him wearing the pick farther back than some, but in other shots he seems to use the blade of the thumbpick somewhat like a flatpick and in those shots, if I recall them right, he has the pick closer to the tip of his thumb.
