Blueberry Jam

I figured that while I am still interested in my new toy (the PreSonos box) that I might as well try another tune ... I tend to lose interest in new toys quickly these days.

I named this one Blueberry Jam because it is sort of a combo of stuff from Jerry Reed's Blue Finger and Jiffy Jam. Lots of mistakes in it, but kind of a fun tune to play. Made me realize how out of practice I am, since my pull offs are pathetic, etc, etc.

I was going to do a tutorial demonstrating how to make up a tune from a couple of other tunes, but tutorials are way too much of a pain in the butt. Not to say that I won't ever do one again, but they really are a pain.

Anyhow, here it is and I hope you enjoy at least parts of it:

I really liked that tune. Lot's of Reed like bluesy licks. What does the device you mentioned do? Your sound seems the same as I've heard you play in the past. Thanks.

Thanks Rich!

The Presonos is a preamp and mixer that allows me to plug into my computer without having to fool with my heavy amp.

Take care

Bruce, it may be my imagination but I thought the sound was better than in the past. I also appreciate your ability to take bits and pieces of songs that are out there and put together a new song with them. That should be everyone's goal. I don't like to limit myself only to exact duplication and nothing beyond.
