Here is a great video of Jerry playin' 'Lord Mr. Ford' on his Baldwin electric classical guitar. Never seen this one before!

That's great, Hendrik! I remember watching that on TV when I was a teenager. Back in those days, you just had one shot and it was gone.
I remember the ritual: pull up the chair in front of the TV, turn up the volume, hold my little cassette recorder up to the speaker... Oh, I forgot- take the phone off the hook, or we would be deluged with calls "Tell Craig that Jerry Reed's on HeeHaw!"

You can tell it's from Hee-Haw by all the girls dancing around...! I think that's Barbi Benton (Hugh Hefner's girlfriend in the 70's) to Jerry's right.
"And them accessories, well honey, that's somethin' else..."
Nice one - thanks for posting that, Hendrik -

Yeah Bill,,,that's Barbi alright, "accessories and all" !! And look at that head of hair on Willie Ackerman back on the drums,,,appears he's having a good time - - right "on the money" as usual! A great one, fer sure!

I used to love Barbi Benton and was quite surprised when she became a regular on Hee-Haw. It was also great to watch Jerry's technique on this song. I remember that it was in an Open-G tuning. Once I knew what to listen for, I realized that he used non-standard tunings for many of his songs. Some, such as "Tupelo Mississippi Flash" were so strange that they weren't used for much else.
