Yeah I have some stuff from that show and I am going to post a few now that I have software to edit DVD video.

Chet could make that Epiphone Gent sing.

Yeah I never thought much of those but Chet could make anything sound good.

Wow. What's the story behind Chet and the Epiphone? Was it some sort of suped up model or just a regular old cheaper one?

I think it was a stock one. I think I heard that the neck was broken on the flight and someone fixed it before he the concert.

It was less flashy than the Gibson Gent. It didn't originally come with a Bigsby, had a volume and Tone Knob, toggle switch in the lower bout, and chrome hardware.
Chet customized his with a Bigsby and Gibson chrome pickups. You can tell they are Gibson pickups by the sound. Epiphone pickups don't sound like that.
Here's Chet with the Epiphone. I'd also loved to know whatever happen to the strat Paul played in this video, I always though it was a pretty colored strat.
