This message board is designed for the discussion of guitar-related issues, with particular emphasis on fingerstyle guitar and specifically , the life and music of history's greatest guitar player, Mister Guitar, Chet Atkins https://misterguitar.us/forum/
It is always daunting to post a video here with all the great players around, but here we go. I hardly ever comment or post, but constantly check (and learn from) this site. This version of Borsalino contains my attempt at the break used during the Chet Atkins, Tommy Emmanuel "Fingerpickers" version, which I don't see many people do for some reason. Speaking of which I saw Tommy Emmanuel in Cincinnati last Friday, he was on fire. John Knowles showed up to play some of the upcoming Christmas music with Tommy. 5 stars. Great evening. Thank you for watching, and all the useful information on this site. Chuck

Nice job Chuck!
Tommy Emmanuel on fire? Yeah, I can believe that. Then John Knowles CGP shows up too. How could it possibly be any better.
One thing that has me puzzled is ever since I started driving a truck for a living I seem to just miss Tommy or Doyle Dykes quiet often. If I go through Harrisburg,PA, Tommy plays there a few days later. If I get sent to Ardmore,OK, Doyle Dykes played there last weekend. I went through Cincinnati a few days ago and spent the night at a truck stop in the KY suburbs. ( And didn't get to see Tommy and John Knowles CGP in concert!)
