No one will ever have Chet's touch and imagination when it comes to playing guitar. The tone, the sounds, the unique chords, runs - they were all his and no one will ever be able to do it the same way. I never met him in person, but I learned so very much from him.

Phil and Sam,
That's a wonderful moment as Chet was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. It is a tradition that the inductee perform "Georgia On My Mind". I remember watching it live on Georgia Public TV although the reception was very poor and the video 'snowy'. It's nice to see it with such great detail. Chet's step-mother was in attendance and Chet had some very nice words to say about her. Chet lived with her and his father for several years there in Georgia.
