My humble attempt at Reedology, learned primarily from the Buster B Jones DVD. Again, with the great players posting on this board I hesitated to post this in progress version, but I wanted to share it. Thanks, Chuck

Good picking Chuck! That's a fun tune. Buster would have been pleased that you learned it from one of his videos. He really put his heart into teaching Jerry's stuff. It also makes me feel good that his videos are not going to waste. I hate for talent to be wasted.
As far as worrying about whether people will think your videos are "good enough," I would't worry about it and I don't. There was a time, a half century ago, when I would have. Then I realized that there will always be better pickers than me, and that my reason for playing ultimately has to be to please myself. Since I so seldom please myself with my picking, that drives me to learn more. Just put yourself into your music, and then I guarantee others will enjoy it. And for those who don't, they just have different tastes. Besides, what do you care what they think? Life's too short for all the needless worrying we do.

It's not an attempt Chuck.. It's a fine job... As to being humble, you don't need to feel that way at all. Really nice work. Thanks. Ron
