I got to pick a couple with Paul at CAAS a few years back and it was surreal.
Here he was playing fills while I played. One of the highest honors I ever had.

It takes a truly special kinda person to be extremely talented yet remain in the 'shadows'. Micah, I can't imagine anyone better to be Chet's right hand man all those years. Sure wish I could have met him, and Chet.

Yeah I was smart enough to save all the emails Paul sent me. I was reading some of them tonight.
Every now and then I would get a email from him or I'd have a question and he always responded.
Paul was one of a kind.
