That tune is called return to avalon,he plays it on another medley on you tube,check youtube Doyle Dykes return to avalon

I think Doyle does play a song called "Sweet Tea", and it might even have a similar feel to it. In fact, when you first said it, I thought that was probably right until "Return to Avalon" was mentioned.
