Buscarino Cabaret guitar

Postby smokymtguitar09 » Tue Sep 19, 2017 3:10 pm

One of my last days of summer highlights is my "dream guitar" shown here with luthier John Buscarino holding my Cabaret double top guitar. It is ahead of schedule with the 2" neck now shaped, stainless steel frets installed,.and is in the final buffing stage. The very thin coats of nitrocellulose finish will be applied soon The Brazilian rosewood bridge is yet to be installed, as well as tuners, strings, and two different pickups for amplification when needed. There will be a K&K pickup under the bridge plate to pickup the vibrations of the double top, and an LR Baggs LB6 with bone saddle at the bridge to experience the string vibrations. I hope my playing can live up to the expectations from such a fine guitar.
