Humming nose from my Gibson CE

I Have a gibson CE. It has a humming noise. When I touch the volume or input jack plate, it stops. Any ideas on how to fix it.

You might do a search in the posts. I think that this subject has been discussed before several times...Ground and shielding issues with this guitar...maybe the early ones. i did a quick search:
