Does anyone have some spare adjustment screws for the Prismatone pickup? One of mine is broken. It's for a original Prismatone, so I don't know if there are any differences in size between the old and new one.

Thanks a bunch!

Whats up Hendrik old buddy! I dont have any spare screws, but I do have an original prismatone and a prismatone II. I just checked the size of the two screws, and the original screw is TOO BIG for the threaded stud on the prismatone II, the 2 screws are definately NOT the same size. Hope this helps.

Dow! Good to see you again on the board. That's a real bummer that they aren't identical, I really hoped they were. Thanks for checking, appreciate it :). Now have to find a other way...

Hendrik,
You can always take the one off and find a machinist to make you one or for that matter two so you can have them be identical.

You might take one to a hardware store (an actual hardware store, not Lowes' or HD) and try matching it up with a set screw with a knurled head.

You probably won't find that exact barrel-head type, but you should be able to come close . . .

Thanks for the tips Phil and Mike. I just might know someone who can replicate the screws. Hope the other screw isn't that fragile...

You might take one to a hardware store

I needed a small screw for a tuner and no hardware store had it...they gave me a good suggestion of a hobby/craft store and they had exactly the one I needed. Saved me from paying 6 bucks to ship a 2.00 item from one of the guitar supply companies.
