The Chetboard

I've owned Chet's Peaver guitar for the past 5 years. I'm thinking of selling it and letting someone else have the pleasure of owning one of Chet's guitars. This was not an easy decision for me to come to and yes I've heard the arguments of all sides over the years on why or why not. I wouldn't know what to ask for this guitar. George Gruhn appraised it at $10,000.00 right after I bought it 5 years ago. As we all know, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay and what I would be willing to let it go for. That being said, I'm willing to take offers, including trades with cash.

Hi Gary, no, I didn't buy it at one of the auctions. I bought it directly from Russ Cochran. He bought it from Paul Yandell.

Hi Eddie, I'll sell it for a little cheaper than $750 million, LOL! I haven't had any offers yet, of course I would keep it before I sold it or traded it off too cheap.

What is the width at the neck of the Peaver?

The neck on the Peaver is 1 11/16" at the nut.

Last chance to buy Chet's Peaver guitar tonight. It's going to sell on Ebay tonight. In a way I hate to see it go.
