Okay ChetBoarders, here's your last chance to snag this gittar that belonged to Mary Ford!

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mary-Fords-Pers ... 726wt_1165

They've had some 91 bids (of course 89 of them were probably for less than $1000.00 :) ) and one was for $100,100.00) but nothing ventured, nothing gained! ;)

I can't remember what the TV claimed the pawnshop paid for that but I think they would be better off not dealing guitars. I don't think they made much of a profit on it because, in the case of guitars, they really don't know their stuff.

Their reserve is not met, either, which suggests they had their head in the clouds on this thing...

Rick paid $90K for it . . .

I sure hope he plays, cuz it looks like he's married to it ! ! !

I wonder what his reserve is ? ? ?

It's gonna be interesting to see if it gets sniped ! ! !

I'm not sure what kind of percentage ebay takes for sales but I think Pawnstars are just glad they got out of it with any profit at all.

Like Forrest Gump said "Stupid Is As Stupid Does". IMHO that guitar was way overpriced. Instead of being cared for it was mistreated and misused but greed still set an asking price of a quarter mil.

True collectibles gain value due to as close as possible original condition.

That thing is a joke and embarassment to all concerned.
