Martin Lifespan Strings - Phil Everly

Has anyone tried the Martin Lifespan guitar strings? The Clearcoat treatment on these strings was pioneered by Phil Everly Music Company and supposedly doesn't flake-off as the Elixer treatment does.

The string coating is called "Cleartone"...not Clearcoat..sorry 'bout the slip.
