Bigsby Spring (1 inch)

I had a similar problem years ago with the Bigsby (on a Gretsch Tennessean) and solved it by putting a couple of quarters (or maybe it was nickles!) in the little cup that holds the spring in place! Worked fine...

You might have to adjust that for inflation however!

The allen screws and handle rotation seemed to work perfectly, at least as far as I can tell. If the fix doesn't hold permanently, I will go to plan B, then C, etc. I really appreciate you guys teaching an old dog new tricks. Thanks for all your help. KOPAP. Billy
