Finger nails

I've never had nails so I gave the Kiss covers a try yesterday. Walmart charges $5.84 for a hundred piece kit with super glue included. Now that I have new nails (and have gotten my fingers unstuck) I can give them a try. I'll have to get used to the new feel but tone is already greatly improved. Thanx for the tip Ron. Since I'm playing nylon strings I think a single layer will work for me.

YW Ron.. I hope they work out for you. I know what you mean about the stuck fingers You will notice that they grow out fairly quickly... or at least they do on me. I don't really worry about that... I doubt you are doing this for the fashion Anyway, I first went to a nail parlor and after finally getting the right shape, I just couldn't look back.. However, I got a bit tired of getting them filled and redone, so that is when I went over to Wally's and got a kit of do-it-yourself acrylics. After suffering through all the stinky acrylic stuff, which was bad for my asthma.. I finally just got the full cover glue-on ones like you now have. I did use a single layer for a few months, but they were popping off fairly often, so that is when I tried 2 layers. I'm pretty satisfied with them now. Take care.
