Does anyone her jam on Yahoo Messenger, Skype or any other online means ? ? ?

I have tried to do it on a couple of different platforms.
The lag time that is involved seems to really get in the way so that it does not quite work out.
And "not quite" is not good enough when it comes to playing music.
I am sure that at some point they will be able to figure out a way to make it work......but my experience has been that it is not there yet.

What is the status of TFGA? While it is single channel audio only and not a jam, the quality of talent is tops, but the room has recently been empty when I try. Are hours posted somewhere?

The reason I asked was that before I was injured in 2005, I was working on a full-duplex (bi-directional) VOIP audio interface with a friend. The interface would synchronize with another SAME interface remotely, providing as close to a REAL-TIME environment as practically possible at an affordable price . . .
