Say a Prayer for our Friend Jim Cobble

I understand that Jim is not doing very well and he needs our thoughts and prayers. Just take a minute or two out of your day and reflect about Jim. I have never in my lifetime met a nicer and gentler person than Jim. He loved Chet Atkins music as well as other types of music and was always ready to do a kindness for anyone that needed it. He has a beautiful family that carries on Jim's love of music. Add Jim to all of your prayer lists and just lift him up to our mighty God. I thank you.

A few weeks ago Jim had requested a video of the Sat. nite show at CAAS, since he was ill and could not attend. I hope someone made him a copy for his personal viewing.

1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Psalms 1:1-3 (KJV)
Jim certainly is an example of such a man. We continue to pray for him daily.

Corina and I extend our prayers to include Jim - a good Chetboard friend - a good picker - a good man. May you have a speedy return to comfort, Pa.

Jim, you've helped me in number of ways and I feel I owe a lot to you. I hope you regain your strength and feel
better again. I'm praying for you.
