Neil Armstrong R.I.P.
Posted: Sat Aug 25, 2012 4:20 pmDavid, I just heard about this a few minutes ago while on a run to the grocery store. He was the FIRST to step out onto the surface of the moon! I remember that day. I was still in training in the army and we watched it on a giant screen rear projection t.v. in the big assembly hall.
I also remember having this conversation on this board on July 20, 2007 and Richard Vogh being chastised for being "off topic" since Chet never walked on the moon. I miss Richard.
