I'm watching the Josh Turner (Country) Band on Letterman, and was shocked to hear musicians who actually played lead runs, instead of bangin' eighth & sixteenth time on 3 chords like an electric kitchen appliance like most of the crap you see on Carson Daly's show ! ! !
I was actually musically entertained on late-night TV, other than Paul Shaffer's Band of A-list musicians, in a very long time . . .
