Posted: Tue Jul 03, 2012 12:15 pmWas just watching Andy Griffith the other day on netflix. My favorite episode is when Barney tries out singing and he and Andy are singing "Santa Lucia". I had always heard it on "In Hollywod" and when I first heard it on Andy Griffith Show I said , "Hey, Chet recorded that one!"

Posted: Tue Jul 03, 2012 12:40 pmMine was the one where Andy arrested a really good guitarist and kept him in jail just so he could audition for a talent scout who was passing through town and didn't believe that a small town like Mayberry would ever have any talent.
I'll miss him. He was an influential part of my upbringing and always a very wholesome person.
