Micah,
I remember your dad introducing me to Rip when I went to CAAS for the first time in 2006.

Anyway, here's a video of me playing my sunburst Nashville Classic that my wife surprised me with on my 50th birthday.

Love that guitar, and so glad that Paul Yandell and Gretsch got together to re-create such a great instrument.

Guys, thanks for posting the great pictures of these guitars. Nice way to spend some time on a Saturday afternoon---looking at some fine guitars!

I miss RIP´s posts. He was a true original and an asset to this board.

I could be wrong, but I think Rip passed away in the last few years. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I never saw him again after CAAS 2006.

Micah, I guess you were the one to tell us the sad news of RIP passing away. I´ve missed him ever since. I felt we hit a good note, RIP and the rest of us.
