Chet’s Catch The Wind

On Chet’s cover of “Catch The Wind” it always seems to me the chords in the tune are just so full and intense in tone! Just super rich! They ring out like I have never heard.

Does anybody know how he made the chords in that cut so particularly rich? Was it the guitar? The amp? The settings? An effect he used to enhance?

I have always wondered about this.

Maybe its Del Vecchio or Maybe 6122?
