Chet's House?...who's house?...

I have the LP Chet Atkins - For the Good Times (and other country moods) from 1971. On the back of it Hugh Cherry says some great words about Chet. There is a picture of a cabin type house, I'm wondering if this was Chet's childhood house...probably not but I'm just wondering. Here's the pic:
