Posted: Tue Jan 27, 2015 11:29 pmI had that surgery in Nov of 2000. I had two major heart attacks preceeding the surgery. Afterward, my chest itched and my legs hurt when I had to walk which was every two hours during the day. My chest would hurt only when they made me cough into a pillow. I can sympathize with you, but you're likely to feel great after about a month or two of weakness. The pain in the legs was nothing compared to the pain BEFORE the surgery - so you're likely going to do great.
