The trio consists of Lenny Breau on Guitar, John Patitucci on Bass and Ted Hawke on Drums.

Thanks to Raj Rathor this album was recorded during the last year of his life at Donte’s in No. Hollywood, Ca. These performances surpass Lenny’s earlier trio recordings, superlative as they are, because he had by now achieved total mastery of his own innovation—a 7 string guitar with an extra high A string. Thus they represent the quintessential Lenny Breau Trio recordings."
