Chet stuff in Nashville?

This has probably been asked from time to time. But knowing that such things are subject to change I'm starting a new thread.

I'm taking the family to Nashville tomorrow...gonna be there until Christmas Day. Really looking forward to it. I'm wondering if there are any Chet-related sites to see/ places to visit, etc.

General guitar stuff would be good too (yes, Gruhn's is on my schedule already).

Thanks.

Studio B tour, of course as well as Studio A right behind it. They used to have Chet artifacts there but they may have quit that.

I don't know the location of his office he used in his last years but they are probably being used by someone else. It's like his house. The people that live there now I think are Clan Atkins but it would be rude to expect them to "show you around"

Not that you would ask...

The Country Music Hall Of Fame always has a lot of Chet memorabilia. The Musicians Hall Of Fame also has some Chet artifacts. The Chet statue downtown is a great place to take your picture with the Master.

Yeah, I've seen pics of the statue. I plan to seek that out. Gonna do the touristy stuff like the Country Music Hall of Fame. Thanks for the replies guys!

The CHOF is a great tour, and you can do the Studio B tour along with it for an extra fee. When you get ready to go to Studio B, you hop on a little tour bus that takes you there and back. Then you can go back into the CHOF if you still have time and want to see some more stuff. Chet gets a lot of mention at Studio B, and it's a pretty cool tour.
