I just want to recommend a couple Christmas CDs in case there is anyone out there who hasn't heard them. The Tommy Emmanuel and John Knowles CD "All I want for Christmas" is really tops in my book! I think Chet would have really liked what these two CGPs have come up with. They have added some interesting new twists to some old favorites and yet have maintained the integrity of the tunes. John Standefer's Christmas CD "Christmas Guitar" is also great. I am playing these two CDs all the time now. Just wanted share my two cents worth.

I hope it is not a problem making a recommendation like this. Guess I better add a disclaimer. I have no interest financial or otherwise here. I only know who these guys are from seeing them at CAAS.

Craig Dobbins and John McClellan both have excellent Christmas CDs out. Also, Steve Wariner's is very good.



I couldn't find an online photo of John's cd, but I think it came out last year.
