I need the actual street address of Chets business office, the house he made into his office, downtown Nashville.
Anyone have the address?

Bob, I don't thinks that it. Google street view shows a completely different building.
It was an older two story house with some parking out back.

It's possibly been torn down, Gary.

I think it was a rather old, residentual building, and has probably made way for an office type building.

Paul, or some of the guys on here who live in Nashville would know.

If that's it, then there is still a small building there, labeled "Don Light Talent" on Google maps.

If you go on Mapquest ,input the 1013 17th Ave. address ,go to and rotate the 360 degree street view of the building that is marked there you will see a 1920's (or older) vintage house with green siding, shutters and a little front porch. The address really comes up as 1054 17th Ave , Davidson, TN. There is a parking area out back(seen via satellite view). Go to John McLellan's book "In Three Dimensions" vol 3 (if you have it); there is a photo of the office on page 69 at the top(section on Daryl Dybka). Looks like a tree has been cut on the left front but that is the building IMO.

I asked Paul Yandell about it and he said "Don Light rented it and has his office there, Chet's estate still owns it". I also looked up the address. The address is: 1013 17th Avenue South, Nashville, TN, 37212

Take exit 209B toward US-70S/US-431/Broadway/Demobreum St 0.2 mi
Merge onto 14th Ave N 0.2 mi
Turn right at Demonbreun St 0.2 mi
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Music Square W 0.4 mi
Continue onto 17th Ave S
Destination will be on the right 125 ft
