When I first met Chet I was 17 years old. I was so nervous I could not talk. He said "I hear
you play the guitar?", I just shook my head no. Now 25 years later, Marcel
Dadi and Mark Pritcher introduced me to him again and told Chet the story of the
first time I met him and could not talk. He said slowly "looks like you grew
out of it," ... with a little Chet smile.
Meeting Chet is as close to meeting God as we mortals get!
