Andy Griffth "Fishin' Hole" Tab

Does anybody have the Tommy Jones version or a thumbstyle version to the theme song from the Andy Griffth Show? I have looked all over for the book that Tommy put out many years ago that had the tab in it, but to no avail, there doesn't seem to be any for sale. Any help will be much appreciated.

I have it in a very old Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine.

I have the Tommy Jones book but am out of town. He even signed it for me.
